Project Overview
APGX, a new pharmacogenomics lab, approached me to create a brand identity and campaign visuals that communicated its mission of making personalized medicine more accessible through genetic testing.
They needed a design system that felt modern, trustworthy, and medically advanced
while being easy to understand for a broader healthcare audience.

Approach & Solution
I developed a clean, tech-forward logo that visually bridges the gap between genetics
and pharmaceuticals.
The campaign graphics use futuristic imagery, DNA strands, capsules, and molecular structures
blended with soft gradients and glowing blue tones to evoke innovation and precision.
I ensured the visual language was cohesive across print and digital, reinforcing the lab’s promise
of safety, personalization, and cutting-edge science in patient care.

LOGO DESIGN: VISUALIZING A DATA-DRIVEN CARE
APGX is the pharmacogenomics branch of Acutis, focused on advancing personalized medicine through genetic testing. The logo was designed to reflect this innovative mission while maintaining
a clinical, tech-forward aesthetic:
Concept: A clean, futuristic wordmark that bridges science and care. The letter breaks suggest DNA sequencing and data precision.
Typography & Style: Custom sans-serif letterforms with subtle disconnections (notably in "P" and "G") to evoke genomic structures and clinical clarity.
Color Palette: A gradient of deep to light blues symbolizing trust, innovation, and precision, anchoring the brand in the medical and biotech space.

graphic Breakdown 2: DESIGNING CLARITY FOR GENOMIC INNOVATION
This image series extends APGX's brand identity by visually representing the core elements of pharmacogenomics: genetics, molecules, and medication.
I created a futuristic, high-tech feel consistent with the lab’s focus on personalized medicine using a monochromatic blue palette and glass-like textures.
The custom icon unifies the design element across pills, DNA, and cells, reinforcing brand cohesion and clinical innovation.

photography Breakdown: human at the core of precision science
In this series, I introduced human presence to reflect the real people behind the science.
By capturing moments in lab environments, researchers at work, and hands holding molecular graphics, I tried to humanize the highly technical world of pharmacogenomics.
This approach connects innovation to care, reminding viewers that APGX is not just about data and genetics but about improving real lives through personalized medicine.
